Mrs. Betty Lue Carroll 93 of West Point died Saturday at West Georgia Medical 
Center. The funeral will be 3 pm today at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church Randolph 
County Ala with burial in the church cemetery according to Maddox Page Funeral 
Home. Mrs. Carroll was born June 2, 1882, in Jefferson County Ala daughter of 
the late Jim and George Ann Young Epsons. She was a member of Mt Pleasant 
Baptist Church and the widow of Grady Carroll Survivors arc four sons C I 
Holloway Columbus, Jim Holloway Centralhachee, Charlie Holloway Franklin and 
Harvls Holloway Phenix City Ala five daughters Mrs. Emmie Wedon LaGrange, Mrs 
.Ethel Han Atlanta, Mrs. Elver Bonner, Mrs. J C Carroll, Mrs. Lem Moon all of 
West Point two brothers Arrie Nowles Wedowee, Eanue Nowles Roanoke Ala, two 
sisters Mrs. Goldie Nix Wedowee Ala, Mrs. Roxie Walls Tifton Ga., 59 
grandchildren, 100 greatgrandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren.
