Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Mollie Clegg, widow of the Rev. James Clegg, who died seven years ago, was 
buried at Pleasant Hill Friday afternoon. Mrs. Clegg died at the home of one of 
her daughters over in Georgia, where she had been ill for some time. Mr. and Mrs. 
Clegg had lived in this section most all their lives, reared a large family and 
had many friends. They are survived by most all the children and many 
grandchildren, all of whom are scattered. Herndon Clegg, a son, is the only one 
still in this community.
