Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Vicie Lee Craft, 29, wife of the Rev. Chester Craft of Roanoke, passed away 
in a Roanoke hospital at nine o'clock Saturday morning, June 14. She is survived 
by her husband: her mother, Mrs. Odessa McConnell of Roanoke; one brother, and 
three sisters. Funeral services for Mrs. Craft were conducted from the Union Hill 
Church at four o'clock Monday afternoon. The Rev. L. P. Moncus and the Rev. Guy 
Bassett were in charge. Interment was in the church cemetery, Quattlebaum's 
Funeral Home directing.
