Will Craft of Wedowee. Rt. 1 died at 7 a.m. at Ashland Nursing Home after a long 
illness. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Union Hill 
Congregational Methodist Church in Randolph County. He is survived by the widow, 
Mrs. Carrie Craft; two sons, Afred Craft of Wedowee and Harvey Craft of Temple. 
Ga.; one sister, Mrs. Vada New of Talladega; one brother, Sam Craft of Saks; six 
grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Active pallbearers will be Payson 
Green, George Morrison, Parker Bain, Millard Huddleson, Howard Steed and Vincent 
Smith. Mr. Craft was a lifelong resident of Randolph County and a member of 
Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church. He was also a member of Sawyer 
Masonic Lodge 93, The body will lie in state at the home of his son, Alfred 
Craft in Wedowee.
