Anniston Star
Services for David Creed, 65, of Roanoke were today at Quattlebaum's Brown-
Service Mortuary with the Rev. Tommy, Sheppard and the Rev. S.T. Janney 
officiating. Burial was in Valley Grove Church Cemetery.  Mr. Creed died Sunday 
at Veterans Hospital in Tuskegee. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel B. Creed 
of Roanoke; a daughter, Mrs. Jan Puckett of Roanoke; a son, Ronnie Creed of 
Roanoke; a sister, Mrs. Mary A. Wortham of Wedowee and two-grandchildren. 
Pallbearers were Erutis Puckett, Roy Wortham, Tim Creed, Terry Sheppard, Stanley 
Cofield, and Dick R. Bolan.
