Mr. Elliott was a lifelong resident of Randolph County. He was an employee of Transcontinental Gas Pipeline and a member of Almond United Methodist Church. Mr. Elliott is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Elliott of Wadley; one daughter, Mrs. Brenda Ingalls of Lake Charles, La.; one son, Jimmy Ray Elliott of Lake Charles, La.; four grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Maudine Floyd of Quincy, Fla., and Mrs. Mary Cotney of Wadley. Funeral services for Mr. Elliott were Thursday, Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. at Wadley United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ralph Gandy and the Rev. Albert Satcher officiating. Burial followed in the Wadley City Cemetery. Pallbearers for Mr. Elliott were his nephews and one grandson.
