Kenneth Rooks, the Rev. O.V. Sewell and the Rev. Milford Ballenger officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with West Funeral Home of Bowdon, Ga., in charge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home until an hour prior to services. Mrs. Fincher died Tuesday at Bowdon Area Hospital. Survivors include a son, Billy Joel Fincher of Graham; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Samples of Graham and Mrs. Joann Hammond of Graham; a brother, Mather Carter of Atlanta; five sisters, Mrs. Audine Brown of Mississippi, Mrs. Gladys Brooks and Mrs. Bonnie Fordham, both of Delta, Mrs. Donna Sparks of Opelika and Mrs. Annie Rae Boyd of Lineville; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fincher was a Clay County native and resident of Graham for most of her life.
