Thad Foster, 78, of Delta, Rt. 2, died Thursday at 2:15 a.m. at the Wedowee 
hospital. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Wesley's Chapel 
Congregation Christian Church of Randolph County, with the Rev. Gordon Taylor 
officiating. Burial with Masonic rites will be in the church cemetery. Blair 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.   Mr. Foster is survived by his widow 
Mrs. Carrie Foster; three sons. Gay and Leon Foster of Wedowee, Rt. 1, and John 
D. Foster of Kermit, Tex.; six daughters, Mrs. R.V. Hill and Mrs. Comer Wright of 
Wedowee, Rt. 1, Mrs. Ivey Waters and Mrs. B. C. Holmes of Delta. Rt. 2, Mrs. W. 
E. Farr of Atlanta, Ga., and Mrs. Bill LaRue of Richmond. Va.; 24 grandchildren 
and 9 great-grandchildren.
