The Atlanta Constitution
George W. French died Monday. Survived by daughters, Mrs. Lee Jackson, College 
Park; Mrs. Eunice Crenshaw, LaGrange; Mrs. Annie Joe Boozer, Stone Mountain; Mrs. 
Pearl Vincent, Zebulon; Mrs. Lila Williams, LaGrange; Mrs. Lucille Folds, College 
Park; Mrs. Georgia Simpson, Stone Mountain; sister, Mrs. Alice Foster; brother, 
Mr. Bob French both of Wedowee Ala.; 11 grandchildren, 25. great-grandchildren. 
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2 p.m., (CDT) from the Ava-Methodist 
Church, Wedowee Alabama. Interment churchyard. Howard L. Carmichael & Sons.
