Mrs. Ray Garner 41 of Moreland died Sunday at Coweta General Hospital in Newnan 
Funeral will be 1 pm today at the Emanuel Baptist Church Moreland with burial in 
the Noonday Christian Cemetery Wedowee Ala according to Claude A. McKibben 
Funeral Home of Hogansville. Mrs. Garner was born Aug 30, 1930, a daughter of 
the late Henry Nelson Michael and Nevella Adams Michael White. She had lived in 
Moreland for seven years. Survivors include her husband Ray Garner Moreland two 
daughters Mrs. Joe Arnold Warrior Ala and Mrs. Joe Davis Pahokee Fla, two sons 
Tommy Garner and James Ray Garner Vallejo Calif: three sisters Mrs. Onice Brooks 
Holly Pond Ala, Mrs. Marvin Steele Hayden Ala and Mrs. Wendell Sams Newnan, two 
brothers Henry Michael Jr. Cullman Ala and Glenn Wilson Kesseler Miss, a mother 
and stepfather Mr. and Mrs. James White Holly Pond Ala and seven grandchildren.
