Wehadkee, Jan. 2. The angel of death came to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dolphus 
Gladney early Sunday morning and took away their little daughter, Bethany Geneva 
She had been in the home just one month but had to go. So fades the lovely 
blooming flower, frail smiling solace of an hour. So soon our transient comforts 
fly, and pleasures only bloom to die. We extend our deep sympathy to the bereaved 
father and mother. Funeral services will be at Big Springs today, conducted by 
Rev, W. T. Kent.
