Anniston Star
David Morrison Gray, 79, of Rt. 1, Lineville, died at the Gay County Hospital 
Friday. Funeral services will be at Dingler's Chapel Church, Sunday at 10 a.m., 
with the Rev. Gordon Taylor officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery 
with Blair Brown-Service Funeral Home Lineville in charge. Survivors include his 
wife, Mrs. Rosa B. Gray; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Edmondson of Lineville, 
Mrs. Ester Bell Obanion of Augusta, Ga. and Mrs. Doris Humphries of Columbia, S. 
C; a son, William Gray of Waynesboro, S. C; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Mavis Watts of 
Wedowee; three stepsons Richard Miles, Lonnie Miles, and John Miles, all of 
Lineville; a brother, Homer Gray of Blountsville; 19 grandchildren and a number 
of great grandchildren and nieces and nephew.

Note: Family history states his middle name was Marion.
