OBITUARIES:

Brenton L. Harris

   (ROANOKE) Brenton L. Harris, age 72, of 512 Mulberry St., Roanoke, died 
Tuesday, May 11, 1982, in the Randolph County Hospital, Roanoke.
   Mr. Harris is survived by his wife, Mrs. Viola Harris; one daughter, Mrs. 
Barbara Pike of Franklin, Ga., three sons, Harold Harris of Jonesboro, Ga., 
Billy Joe Harris of Roanoke, and Edward Harris of Hickory, N.C.; 11 
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and his mother, Mrs. Susie Harris 
of Roanoke.
   Funeral services for Mr. Harris will be conducted at two o'clock Thursday 
afternoon from Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, the Rev. W.I. Eley and the Rev. 
S.T. Janney officiating, with burial in the Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
