OBITUARIES:

Mary Eris Head

   (ROCK MILLS) Miss Mary Eris Head, age 87, of Rock Mills, died Wednesday, 
Oct. 21, 1987, at her home.
   She is survived by three sisters, Miss Louise Head and Mrs. Alma Hall of 
Rock Mills and Mrs. Ernestine Kirby of York, S.C.; one brother, Mark Head of 
Rock Mills; and several nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services for Miss Head were held Friday, Oct. 23, at 2:00 p.m. from 
Quattlebaum's Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Bob Brown and the Rev. Clayton Scott 
officiating, with interment in Rock Mills Cemetery.
   Pallbearers were Carey Baker, Sammy Hill, Darby Head, Bill Head, John Cobb 
and Bill Nobbley.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
