Funeral services were held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at Bethel West Church for 
Clint Hill of Newell, RL 1. who died early Thursday morning in Wedowee Hospital 
of an apparent heart attack. Burial will be in the adjacent cemetery. Quattlebaum 
Funeral Home of Roanoke was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include three 
sons David and Alvin both of Newell and Calvin Hill, of Delta; a daughter, Mrs. 
Dellis Lipham Newell; four brothers. Oscar Rock Mills, Rufus of Fairfax, and Sam 
and Tom Hill, both of Newell; one sister, Mrs. J. C. Palmer of Graham; and eight 
grandchildren.
