Funeral for Mrs. Betty Rene Holliday 28 of Marina Calif who died Feb 7 in the 
Monterey Calif hospital was held 2 pm CST) Thursday at Mt Pleasant Baptist 
Church of Randolph County Ala near Wedowee with the Rev Hoyt Horsley conducting 
the service Burial was in the church cemetery with Frederick's Funeral Home of 
Opelika in charge A native of Randolph County Mrs. Holliday had resided in 
California eight years Survivors include her husband James W Holliday Marina 
four sons James A., Ralph E., Michael J., and Mark Holliday all of Marina three 
daughters Betty Deborah and Rebecca Holliday all of Marina her parents Mr. and 
Mrs. Joe Young Auburn Ala: three brothers Howard L Young Opelika, Bobby G 
Holliday Selma Ala and Johnny Holliday Auburn three sisters Mrs. Joann Dawson 
Phenix City Ala, Mrs. Janice Sanders Opelika and Miss Sandry Young Auburn.
