James Radney Houston, age 69, passed away August 2 at Wedowee, Ala. Funeral 
services were held from Bethlehem Church Sunday, August 7 with Rev. Roberson 
conducting. Interment was in the church cemetery with Vines Funeral Home in 
charge. Surviving are: wife, Mrs. Queenie Houston, Wedowee; sons, Lewis Houston, 
Cleveland, Ohio; William J. Houston, Wedowee; 4 daughters, Mrs. Mary Berry, Alex 
City; Mrs. Alma Marable.
