Mrs. Mollis Huckaby. 84. died at the home of Mrs. Ethel Cheatwood. Heflin. Rt. 
1. at 1:45 o'clock this morning. She had lived with Mrs. Cheatwood for the past 
two years. Mrs. Huckaby. wife of the late J. W. Huckaby, was born in Cofferman 
County, Texas. She was a member of the New Home Methodist Church in Randolph 
County. funeral services will be conducted from the Valley Grove Church in 
Randolph County Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock with the Rev. Dave Craft and the 
Kev. Pendleton Bean officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with 
Usrey Funeral Home in charge. She is survived by four daughters. Mrs. B. H. 
Craft. Blountsville; Mrs. J. E. Blake. Ft. Thomas, Ariz.; Mrs. W.R. Mize 
Colorado City, Texas, and Mrs. M. O. Shank Columbus, Ga; two sons, B. H. 
Huckaby, Eastover S. C, and H. R. Huckaby of Rt. 1, Heflin; 24 grandchildren and 
12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be: Gay Foster, Leon Foster, Swan Boyd, 
Charley Bailey. Alfred Craft and Leaford Waters. Honorary pallbearers will 
include C. H. Boyd, J. J. New, Charley Mize. Will Craft. Billy Kitchens, Hoyt 
Boyd, Gus Blake, Tom Lipham, and Pitchford Holmes.
