Hobart Murphree and the Rev. Steve Dempsey officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home Wedowee in charge. The body will be at the funeral home until time of service. Mr. Huddleston died Sunday in University Hospital in Birmingham. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Emerline Huddleston of Wedowee; a daughter, Mrs. Deborah Ann Buttram of Delta; four sons, Ray Huddleston of Bessemer, Winfred Huddleston of Anniston, and Alexis Huddleston and Alfred Huddleston, both of Wedowee; two sisters, Mrs. Crossel Duke of Wedowee and Mrs. Rebecca Bates of Opelika; and four brothers, Earl Huddleston, Neil Huddleston, Gerald Huddleston and Larry Huddleston, all of Wedowee. Mr. Huddleston was a native of Randolph County. He was a farmer and a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church.
