Claude T Janney 59 of 209 Elizabeth St died Saturday at City-County Hospital 
Funeral will be at 4:30 pm today at the Big Springs Baptist Church in Randolph 
County Ala. Mr. Janney was a retired employe of Callaway Mills Co. He was born in 
Heard County on Aug 30, 1907, a son of the late Ellis and Julie Sheets Janney. 
Survivors include his widow Mrs. Eucal Janney LaGrange three sons Durwood Janney 
Hogansville and Billy and Archie Janney both of Atlanta two sisters Mrs. Lucile 
Head Rock Mills Ala and Mrs. Laura Howard Macon and two brothers Ed and Monroe 
Janney both of LaGrange.
