Johnson (ROANOKE) Mrs. Fannie B. Johnson, age 58, of Roanoke, Welch community, died Sunday, July 10, 1988, at Randolph County Hospital, Roanoke. Funeral services were held from Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church, Roanoke, Friday, July 15, at 2:00 p.m., the Rev. L.B. Houston officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Edith D. Atkinson, Miss Wanda Johnson and Miss Melissa Johnson, all of Roanoke, Mrs. Frances Wills of Long Beach, Calif.; two sons, Jimmy Johnson and Jackie Johnson of Roanoke; three sisters, Annie Will Clark of Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Naomi Henderson of Roanoke and Mrs. Emma J. Reed of Los Angeles, Calif.; two brothers, Joe Gross and Cullan Gross of Roanoke; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Rock Mills Baptist Church.
