He had been in feeble health for some time, but his death came unexpectedly at the moment. Mr HARDY was 74 years of age and had lived in Roanoke since 1872. He was a Confederate veteran and belonged to the Masonic order. Mr HARDY had never married. He leaves a considerable estate. The funeral will occur at 2 o’clock this afternoon from the residence, being conducted by the Masons. The interment will be in the Roanoke [Cedarwood] cemetery.
