Services for Jerry Key, 39, of Rt. 1, Wedowee, will be today at 2 p.m. at 
Wesley's Chapel Christian Church with the Rev. Donald Spradlin officiating. 
Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of 
Wedowee in charge. The body will be at the funeral home until one hour prior to 
service, when it will be at the church. Mr. Key died Saturday at his home. 
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Debra Key of Wedowee; one stepson, Rodney 
Waters of Wedowee; his mother, Mrs. Wilma Key of Wedowee; two sisters, Mrs. 
Berma Dean Moore of Lineville and Mrs. Jewell Hill of Woodland; three brothers, 
Eldon Key of Newell, and Eldridge Key and Vernon Key, both of Wedowee. Mr. Key 
was a lifelong resident of Randolph County. He was an employee of Douglas 
Lamason in the Maintenance-Environmental and Chemical Division.
