Ottis G. Kirby
   (PHILADELPHIA, MISS.) Ottis G. Kirby, 81, a native of Randolph County, died 
Tuesday Sept. 28, 1982, at his home in Philadelphia, Miss. Mr. Kirby was a 
bridge engineer in the state of Louisiana for years until his retirement.
   He is survived by his wife, one daughter, two grandchildren, and one sister, 
Mrs. Annie K. Brumbeloe of Roanoke.
   Graveside services were held at four o'clock Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 29, 
at the city cemetery in Philadelphia.

survived by his wife, Sally Sanford Kirby and daughter, Carolyn.]
