OBITUARIES:

MRS. SUE SHELNUTT KIRBY

   (Roanoke)  Mrs. Sue Shelnutt Kirby, age 53, of Rt. 3 Roanoke, died Tuesday, 
March 6, 1984, in Randolph County Hospital, Roanoke.
   Mrs. Kirby is survived by her husband, T. V. Kirby; one daughter Mrs. 
Jeanette Davidson of Rt. 3 Roanoke; one grandson, Daniel Davidson; and three 
brothers, Bobby Shelnutt of Birmingham, Homer Shelnutt of Columbus, Ga., and 
Okla Shelnutt of LaGrange, Ga.
   Funeral Services for Mrs. Kirby were set for two o'clock Wednesday 
afternoon, March 7, from White's Chapel United Methodist Church, the Rev. Larry 
Stephens and the Rev. Bill Seay officiating, with burial in the church cemetery.
   Pallbearers: Bill Kirby, Bob Kirby, Johnny Tennant, Billy Tennant, Lawrence 
Shelnutt, and Phillip Shelnutt.  Honorary pallbearers: Third Shift co-workers 
from Randolph County Hospital.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
