Services for Warren Harden Kitchens, 68, of Woodland will be Friday at 2 p.m. at 
Levens Baptist Church in Wedowee with the Rev. Richard Wall officiating. Burial 
will be in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Wedowee in charge. 
The family will receive friends at his residence until time of services. The body 
will be at the church an hour before service. Mr. Kitchens died Wednesday at his 
home. Survivors include his wife, Ms. Bernice Butler of Woodland; a sister, Ms. 
Ruby Victoria Kitchens of Wedowee; and two brothers, Dave Kitchens of West Palm 
Beach, Fla. and Harris F. Kitchens of Roanoke. Mr. Kitchens was a Randolph County 
native and a World War II veteran. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the 
VFW.
