A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 28, at 11 a.m. at Southwest LaGrange Baptist Church. Mrs. Knopp, a native of Randolph Co., Ala., the daughter of the late John Wesley Hanners and Molly Elizabeth McGraw. She moved to LaGrange at an early age and was a member of Southwest LaGrange Baptist Church. She worked at the Elm City Plant of Callaway Mills Company for a number of years and did alterations at Belk's until her retirement. Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Williams, of Huntington Beach, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
