Roanoke Leader
Hulan Lamar Lashley Jr., two-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hulan Lamar Lashley of 
Wadley Rt. 1, passed away in a local hospital Friday morning at 7:47. Besides his 
parents, Hulan Lamar Jr. is survived by three brothers, Wilmar, Robert, and Jimmy 
Lashley of Wadley Rt. 1; one sister, Brenda Gayle Lashley of Wadley Rt. 1; his 
paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Lashley of Wadley Rt. 1; and his 
maternal grandmother, Mrs. R. A. Williamson of Atlanta. Funeral services were 
conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 from the Macedonia Baptist Church, with Rev. 
G. G. Gravett officiating. Interment was in the church the cemetery, with 
Quattlebaum's Funeral Home in charge of funeral plans.
