Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Etta Lashley passed away from this earth, Oct. 28, after a long illness. She 
was 54 years old. She leaves a husband, six children, three sisters Mrs. W. S. 
Farrow, Cragford; Mrs. W. L. Daniel, Cragford; Mrs. Karney Wilkinson, Malone. 
Three brothers Messrs. Bob, Jay, and Elder McGill, all of Saltillo, Texas, and a 
host of relatives and friends to mourn her death. Her body was laid to rest in 
New Hope (West) cemetery Wednesday P. M. Bro. Bailey conducted the service.
