Miss Ola Lipham, 68, of Wedowee, died Monday at Wedowee Hospital after a short 
illness. Services were scheduled for today at 3 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home 
with the Rev. Jimmy Carr and the Rev. Hobart Murphy officiating. Burial was to be 
in Wedowee Masonic Cemetery. Survivors include a sister, Miss Rosa Lipham of 
Wedowee, and four brothers, Wilburn Lipham of Wedowee, Dan Lipham and Ray Lipham, 
both of Oxford, and John Lipham of Birmingham. Miss Lipham was a native and 
lifelong resident of Wedowee and a telephone operator in Wedowee 25 years.
