Mrs. Gusta Mae Lipham, 80, of Munford died today in a local nursing home after a 
long illness. Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Jordan's Chapel Methodist 
Church, Randolph County, with the Rev. J. T. Parker and the Rev. Haywood 
officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Miller Funeral Home 
in charge. Survivors include her husband, Henry Lipham; two daughters, Mrs. 
Mattie Smith of Alexander City, and Mrs. Winnie Cottle of Wadley; three sons, J. 
C. Lipham and Leonard Lipham, both of Newell, and Olen Lipham of Eastaboga: 17 
grandchildren and 14. greatgrandchildren.  Mrs. Lipham was a resident of Calhoun 
County three years, a former resident of Randolph County and was a member of 
Jordan's Chapel Methodist Church. The body will remain at the residence until 
two hours prior to services.
