Anniston Star
Services for William Norman Lipham, 81, of Roanoke were today at Southside 
Baptist Church with the Rev. E.T. McKay and the Rev. Tommy Gene Young 
officiating. Burial was in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum's Brown-
Service Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Lipham died Thursday at Randolph County 
Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bennie Lipham of Roanoke; two sons, 
George Lipham of Rome, Ga., and Jesse Lipham of Lanett; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle 
Cofield of Roanoke; a grandson and two grandchildren. Mr. Lipham was a deacon at 
Southside Baptist Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the 
Eastern Star.
