Services for Mrs. Josie Lipham, 81, of Wedowee, Rt. 1, will be Thursday at 11 
a.m. at Union Hill Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Melvin Norris 
and the Rev. Hobart Murphree officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining 
cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge. The body will be at the church an 
hour before services. Mrs. Lipham died Tuesday at Wedowee Hospital. Survivors 
include two sons, Curtis Lipham of Lineville and the Rev. Earnest Lipham of 
Wedowee; two sisters, Miss Sarah Craft and Miss Fannie Craft, both of Wedowee; a 
brother, Tom Craft of Wedowee; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
Pallbearers will be nephews.
