Ashland Progress
Rev. J. S. McDonald, aged 85, of Wesley Chapel community, passed away on January 
6th and was buried at Wesley's Chapel at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 7th, Blair 
directing. Masons were in charge at the grave. Revs. Pendleton Bean, Martin and 
Sprayberry officiated. He is survived by three sons, Thomas N. O. P. and G. W. 
McDonald, and two daughters, Mrs. Willie Maddox and Mrs. S. D. New.
