OBITUARIES:

Aaron Meadows

   (NEWELL) Aaron Meadows, age 53, of Rt. 1 Newell, died Thursday, Apr. 23, 
1987 at Wedowee Hospital.
   Mr. Meadows was a lifelong resident of Randolph County, a member and deacon 
of Harmony Congregational Methodist Church, a member of the Quarterback Club of 
Woodland, and a former employee of Sewell Manufacturing Company.
   Mr. Meadows is survived by his wife, Marie Meadows of Rt. 1 Newell; three 
daughters, Mrs. Esther Kay Reaves of Wedowee and Miss Carron Meadows and Miss 
Pamela Meadows of Rt. 1 Newell; four brothers, Joe Bob Meadows and Gilbert 
Meadows of Newell, Edward Meadows of Ranburne, and James Meadows of Wedowee; 
one half-brother, Jimmy Mitchell of Newell; and one grandchild.
   Funeral services for Mr. Meadows were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Apr. 25 at Harmony 
Congregational Methodist Church with the Rev. Melvin Norris, Rev. Earnest 
Lipham and Bro. Johnny Bishop officiating. Burial followed in the adjoining 
cemetery.
   Pallbearers for Mr. Meadows were Roger Meadows, Larry Nobley, Steve Meadows, 
Ronnie Prince, Max Yarbrough, and Bobby Green.
   Benefield Brown-Service Approved Funeral Home of Wedowee was in charge of 
the arrangements.
