Anniston Star
Mrs. Fannie Conine Merrill, 41, of Delta, died Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock at 
the residence of her brother, Walter Warren, Anniston Rt. 3 Funeral services will 
be held this morning at 11 o'clock at Ophelia Baptist Church, the Rev. J. P. Bean 
officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Colonial directing. 
Mrs. Merrill is survived by her husband, O. H. Merrill; two sons. E. Q. Merrill 
and Knox Merrill, both of Lineville, four brothers Walter Warren of Anniston; 
Clyde Warren of Anniston, and M. D. Warren of Lineville; five sisters, Mrs. 
Jessie Willingham of Lineville; Mrs. Alice Lindsey of Delta; Mrs. Vilma Boone of 
Fairfax; Mrs. Bob Chambers of Fairfax, and Mrs. Oma Sims of Anniston. The body 
will lie in state in Colonial Chapel until time of services.
