Roanoke Leader
Last Monday night at eleven o'clock the death angel visited the home of Mr. Bud 
Miles and carried away his wife, Mrs. Lot Miles. She was laid to rest at Auslin's 
Chapel graveyard last Wednesday. Mrs. Miles was a good woman and surely will be 
missed in this community by all. Mrs. Miles was 70 years of age.

She was the daughter of James Cook Mitchell & Nancy Ingram.
