Mrs. S. C. Mitchell
Roanoke, Ala., June 19-(Special)-Mr. S. C. Mitchell, a brother-in-law of Hon. 
W. H. Handley, and one of the best known farmers of Randolph county, died at 
his home five miles from this place yesterday.
