Mrs. Fannie Julia Mitchell, 76, of Ashland died Sunday morning at Clay County 
Hospital. Funeral services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today at Wesley Chapel 
Christian Church, with the Rev. Gordon Taylor officiating. Burial was in the 
church cemetery with Blair Funeral Home in charge. Survivors include the husband, 
James A. Mitchell of Ashland; a brother, Fletcher Smith of Delta, Rt. 2. 
Pallbearers were Marvin Spear, Russell Smith, Floyd Mitchell, Breman Mitchell, 
Homer Mitchell and Ledford Johnson.
