OBITUARIES:

William Loyle Mitchum

   (ROANOKE) William Loyle Mitchum, age 67, of 700 Central Ave., Roanoke, died 
in West Georgia Medical Center, LaGrange, Thursday, Dec. 18, 1986.
   Mr. Mitchum is survived by his wife, Mrs. Icie Lee Mitchum; one son, Ed 
Mitchum of Decatur, Ala.; his mother, Mrs. Ozora Mitchum of Roanoke; one 
sister, Mrs. Marie Smith of Roanoke; and one brother, Bradford Mitchum of 
Roanoke.
   Funeral services for Mr. Mitchum were conducted Saturday morning at 11 
o’clock from Lowell Congregational Christian Church, the Rev. Ed Lauderdale and 
the Rev. Ralph Worley officiating, with burial in Randolph Memory Gardens.
   Pallbearers were David Smith, Tim Smith, Ronnie Mitchum, Keith Mitchum, 
Kenneth Mitchum, and Dan Jones.
   Quattlebaum’s Brown-Service Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

in 1919; married Icie Lee Smith]
