 Mrs. Georgia Ann Morrison, age 85, wife of Jackson P. Morrison, Wedowee Rt. 1, 
passed a-way in the Wedowee Hospital at 3:15 Wednesday morning, Dec. 17. Mrs. 
Morrison is survived by her husband; three sons, L. J. Morrison of LaGrange and 
W. A. and G. P. Morrison of Wedowee Rt. 1; three daughters, Mrs. Toliver Thrower 
of Heflin, Mrs. Arlon Roberts of Dayton, Ohio, and Mrs. Tunis Reeves of 
Montgomery; 29 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charlie 
Reeves of Lanett and Webster Reeves of Wedowee; one sister, Mrs. H. D. Landers 
of Anniston. Funeral services for Mrs. Morrison were conducted Friday morning at 
eleven o'clock from the Corinth North Methodist Church, with the Rev. Arvin Hall 
and the Rev. Mr. Mathews officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery, 
Quattlebaum's Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
