Roanoke Leader
Miss May Donnah Morrison of Newell Rt. 1, age 78, passed away in a Pell City 
hospital Thursday, Dec. 8, at 2:15 p. m. Miss Morrison is survived by one 
brother, Roy Morrison of Newell Rt. 1, and by two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Bain of 
Heflin Rt. 4 and Mrs. Mary Mitchell of Cragford. Funeral services for Miss 
Morrison were conducted Saturday at 1:00 p. m. from the Morrisons Chapel 
Methodist Church by Rev. Hobart Murphree. Burial was in the church cemetery, 
Quattlebaum's Brown Service Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
