Cleburne News
Mrs. Kansas Morrison of Chulafinnee community died in Clay County Hospital on 
March 1. She was 81 years of age. Funeral services were held March 4, at Morrison 
Chapel Methodist Church with Rev. Hobart Murphree officiating. Burial was in' the 
adjoining cemetery with Guntharp in charge. Surviving are four sons, Pat and 
Travis of Heflin, Joel of Birmingham, Harvey of Dunelin, Fla., four daughters, 
Mrs. John W. Bennett, Mrs. Ray Dodson of Heflin, Mrs. L. O. Pitts of Delta, Mrs. 
Ray Lipham of Matador, Texas; three brothers, Pat, Pete and George Brady of 
Newell.
