H. Murphy of Eulaton died Saturday afternoon from an undetermined cause following an illness of only a few hours. Autopsy was performed Saturday night at the request of the parents and the report will be completed by the state toxicologist. The child was stricken before noon and grew worse, with the passing of time. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Memorial Hospital about 5:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. So far as the parents knew the child was in good health until she, was stricken Saturday morning. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon at Jordan Chapel in Randolph County by the Rev. J. Sheets. Colonial will be in charge. Surviving are the child's parents and grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Murphy and Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Hadley, all of near Eulaton.
