BLANKS, of Lineville, are at the bedside of the latter’s mother, Mrs. M. HUDSON, at Bacon Level, who is, at this writing, at the point of death. V. HUDSON, deceased. The State of Alabama, Randolph County. Probate court, May 5th, 1915. To W. T. HUDSON, who resides in Eagan, State of Georgia, and to Mattie M. ARNETT and James W. ARNETT, both of whom reside in Stanford, State of Texas, and to all of interest. Whereas, C. L. HUDSON, administrator of the estate of M. V. HUDSON, deceased, has filed his petition in writing under oath in said court for an order to sell certain lands belonging to said estate described in said petition, for making equitable division, upon the ground that the same cannot be equitably divided among the heirs and devisees of said estate, and C. L. HUDSON, an heir, desires division, and the 14th day of June, 1915, has been appointed for the hearing of said petition.
