Services for Archie Lee Nimon, 67, of Wedowee will be today at 2 p.m. at 
Benefield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ray Clevenger officiating. Burial will follow 
in the Dinglers Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends until services 
at the funeral home. v Mr. Nimon died Sunday at his home. Survivors include his 
wife, Geraldine Gill Nimon of Wedowee; two daughters. Rose Mary Nimon of Wedowee 
and Lillie Rudean Nimon Cosper of Waco, Ga.; six sons, George Nimon and Edward 
Nimon, both of Heflin, Sebum Nimon, Thomas Nimon, Kenneth Nimon and Nicholus 
Nimon, all of Roanoke; his mother, Una Pearl Jeffers of Lineville; one sister, 
Mae Miles of Lineville; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
Pallbearers will be George Nimon, Sebum Nimon, Thomas Nimon, Kenneth Nimon, 
Nicholus Nimon and Joe Brown. Mr. Nimon, a native of Polk County, Ga., had 
worked in the timber industry. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Rosie 
Lee Johnson, and one brother, Ed Nimon.
