The West Point News
Mrs. Reva Jane Nix, 64, formerly of Cusseta, died Oct. 6 at the home of her son, 
James Verner Nix, in Riverview. Services are held Monday from the Baptist church 
in Wedowee. Burial in the churchyard, conduct by Johnson and Company. Surviving 
are seven daughters: Mrs. Mae Parker, Mrs. Nannie White, both of Cullman., Mrs. 
Gladys Nolan, Mrs. Bernice Fetner, and Mrs. Millierea Brown, all of Roanoke; Mrs. 
Willie Jo Newton Huguley; Mrs. Wilma Tittle, West Point route; Four sons, James 
Verner and Robert L., Riverview; Curtis, Montgomery; and J. B. Nix, Hogansville; 
a sister, Mrs. Virginia Hand, LaFayette; a brother, Sam Young, Wedowee; 37 
grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
