Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Arizona Nobley, age 69, 7 East Randolph St., Roanoke, passed away in a local 
hospital at 1:10 Tuesday morning, March 24. Mrs. Nobley is survived by four sons, 
Troy of LaGrange, W. C. and Elmer of Roanoke, and Vince of Newell, seven 
daughters, Mrs. Mattie Craft and Mrs. Elore Horton of Lanett, Miss Katie Nobley, 
Mrs. Roy Daughtrey and Mrs. Durward Allen, all of Roanoke, and Mrs. Hulett 
Arrington and Mrs. Lowell Wortham of Wedowee. Funeral services for Mrs. Nobley 
were conducted Wednesday afternoon at three o'clock from the Cavers Grove Church 
by the Rev. Charles Laird and the Rev. Charles Bell. Interment was In the Levins 
cemetery, Quattlebaum's Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
