OBITUARIES:

Mary Lee Norred

   (ROANOKE) Mrs. Mary Lee Norred, age 81, of Rt. 2 Roanoke, died Thursday, 
Feb. 12, 1987, at Randolph County Hospital, Roanoke.
   Mrs. Norred is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ruth N. Townley of Rt. 2 
Roanoke; one son, Michael Norred of Luthersville, Ga.; two grandchildren; six 
sisters, Mrs. Clyde Smith, Mrs. Eula Lewis, and Mrs. Lura Anderson, all of 
LaGrange, Ga., Mrs. Lois Baker of Riverdale, Ga., Mrs. Lillie Stewart of 
Wetumpka, and Mrs. Evie Barras of New Iberia, La.; and one brother, Handley 
Heard of LaGrange, Ga.
   Funeral services for Mrs. Norred were Saturday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at Center 
Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. S.T. Janney and R.C. Daniel officiating.  
Burial was in the church cemetery.
   Pallbearers were Perry Shelnutt, Ed Norred, Danny Townley, Wayne Heard, 
Maxie Norred, and Melvin R. Fuller.
   Quattlebaum's Brown-Service Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
