Funeral services for Z. T. Norred, 59, of Alexandria, who died Friday in a local 
hospital following an illness of several weeks, were held Saturday afternoon at 3 
o'clock at Union Church. Rev. W. A Broome officiated, and interment was in Union 
Cemetery, with Usrey in Charge. Mr. Norred is survived by his widow, five sons, 
C. G., of Birmingham, J. W., of Cullman, arid C. C, L. L., and J. T., of 
Alexandria, three sisters. Mrs. Annie Caver, of Wedowee; Mrs. E. W. Wilson, of 
Melton, Fla.; and Mrs. E. E. Broome of Alexandria, and a brother Jack of Wedowee.
